Currently units over at both your asking condos are transacting near $1200psf, hence it is a bit hard and might not hit sellers, I would advice choosing an alternative unit around that area which fits your budget =D

Hi Foo Piew,

I have a few units in ESTA lowest asking price at $1180psf and a few others asking $12xxpsf. To buy at $1000psf is impossible in current market situation. In fact the recent transaction are moving towards $1300psf.

There are no reasons why owners will be willing to let go at $1000psf now.

As for One Amber. The average asking price is between $12XX-$13XXpsf.
